The presentation of the book "Hell called Jasenovac" was organized in Yad Vashem's Educational Center for Holocaust, on September 22.

The author had been taken to Jasenovac camp as 17 year old boy. Story offers a lot of details from author's memories before the war, also during the war and his staying at the camp, but through the prism of the adult that decided to tell the world his story after 40 years (records from the book being dated back to the eighties).

Distinguished guests prof. Raphael Vago, Raul Teitelbaum, Mirjam Rajner, Iael Nidam-Orvieto and Alexander Korb gave their comments on the period of the existence of Jasenovac camp during the Second World War. Some of the representatives of the embassies in Israel also attended the event, among them Ms. Sonja Stoiljković from the Serbian Embassy.
