This year The International Cartoon Contest in Haifa is celebrating 20 years since its establishment. The theme of this year contest was "The Child in the Family and in Society. " A total of 492 caricaturists from 64 countries took part in the contest. Two of contesters from Serbia won special prizes, Miro Stefanović and Slobodan Obradović. The Embassy congatulates Mr. Stefanović and Mr. Obradović on this prize.

On the same occasion H.E. Mr. Milutin Stanojević, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Israel, received congratulations for the promoting of the 20th International Cartoon Contest.
