Starting from November 8, 2014, foreign citizens, holders of all types of travel documents (with the exception of emergency travel documents and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions) shall be permitted to enter, transit through and stay in the Republic of Serbia without a Visa for up to 90 days within the period of six months, provided they have a valid Schengen Visa, Great Britain or any other European Union member states’ Visa, and Visa of the United States of America, or provided they have a residence permit in countries of the Schengen Zone, European Union member states, or in the United States of America.
