The delegation of the Serbian Orthodox Church visited Israel on April 10-11, 2015 with the aim of bringing the Holy Fire to Serbia.

On April 10 the delegation got the blessing from Patriarch Theophilos III in the Jerusalem Patriarchate.  

The next day (April 11) delegation attended the service in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, received the Holy Flame and then brought it to Belgrade.

This is the first time in the history of our country that an official delegation has brought the Holy Flame to Serbia. The activity was blessed by three Patriarchates: Serbian, Russian and Jerusalem, and was realized with the aid of the Russian church.
