Closing ceremony of the International Course on Integrated Pest Management was held on April 6th in Tel Aviv.

The course was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAW) in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Center for International Agricultural Development Organization (CINADCO), Volcani Center and the Agricultural Research Organization (ARO).
Participants of the course had the opportunity to meet experts from this field, especially regarding protection of plants – integrated pest management, and also to discuss, through concrete projects, opportunities for the implementation of Israeli technology in our conditions.

Our representatives from Serbia – dr Sonja Tančić Živanov from the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crop Novi Sad, dr Milan Brankov from the Maize Research Institute Zemun polje and M.Sc. Miloš Petrović, Teaching Assistant at Agriculture Faculty, University of Novi Sad, received diplomas - certificates for the participation. Diplomas were handed to our participants by the consul dr Sonja Stoiljković, on the behalf of the Embassy.
